DePaul Real Estate Advisor's team of brokers has been involved in thousands of lease transactions in varying roles throughout their careers. DePaul Real Estate Advisor's provides tenant site selection services.  We are equipped to assist with any requirement: Big Box, pad site, owner user, inline shops or build to suit.  We have the knowledge and relationships to find the site that will help you maximize revenue.  

Paul DeCrescentis grew up working in his family owned grocery stores.  He teaches his brokers to understand the perspective of a tenant when presenting sites.  Each requirement is different, so we take the time to understand a tenants target customer and help a tenant understand the nuances of different sites and areas.
